AH 23 Withdrawal Sleeves
AH 23 Withdrawal Sleeves can mount a tapered bore bearing on a round stepped shaft, which is one of the more popular and commonly used industrial sleeves. Generally, the withdrawal sleeve was pressed into a bearing inner bore to fix it on the shaft through a fiber web or endplate. For larger bearings, when it was pressed against the bearing bore, a larger force is required to overcome the friction of the mating surface. Hydraulic installation can simplify this process by a withdrawal sleeve.

How can hydraulic withdrawal sleeves reduce bearing installation time in heavy machinery?
Our AH 23 Withdrawal Sleeves with hydraulic installation capability can reduce bearing mounting time by up to 70% compared to conventional methods. When mounting larger bearings, the hydraulic feature overcomes the significant friction of mating surfaces without excessive force application, preventing potential damage to precision components. This results in more efficient maintenance cycles and extended equipment uptime for your heavy machinery operations.
The hydraulic installation capability of our AH 23 series significantly simplifies the mounting process, especially for larger bearings where substantial force is required to overcome mating surface friction. During installation, the withdrawal sleeve is pressed into the bearing inner bore through a fiber web or endplate, creating a secure fit that maintains operational integrity even under demanding conditions. Each sleeve is precision-machined with metric or trapezoid threading (depending on size) to ensure proper engagement with corresponding withdrawal nuts, providing a complete mounting solution for industrial machinery across manufacturing, mining, and heavy equipment sectors.
